The Devir 500 Project
At times we get requests from customers to publish titles, and the Devir 500 Project was created to turn those titles into reality. They can be board games, expansions, or even RPG’s. The project started with some Spanish language titles, but has worked well enough that we will now offer it for projects in English and other languages.
So leave your comments in our "Suggestion Box", we will take them into account!
How does the Devir 500 Project work?
On the Devir 500 website, you can find projects that are currently running, along with the number of people who have expressed interest in the project via a pre-order. We’ll review the projects on a quarterly basis and those projects that don’t have enough interest will, sadly, have to go away. But usually, if we get 500 people on board, it gets a green light and we proceed with production!
If you’ve made a pre-order, we’ll keep you informed of the status along the way. By the way, you’re free to share this information on social media to generate more interest!
Participating in The Devir 500 project has a lot of advantages. You’ll be the first to receive the finished product and you’ll receive a 20% discount by pre-ordering through the Devir 500 website. Once these items are produced, they’ll be available on our website but there’s no guarantee they’ll be widely available online or in physical stores. Keep in mind that the project only applies to one specific print run and doesn’t guarantee ongoing availability.
Of course, you can participate in multiple projects at any given time. And each time you place a pre-order you’ll get a “reservation number.”
So how do you do it?
What happens once the project becomes a reality?
You can keep reserving products up until the time we go to production, and in the case of limited quantities, the reserve period will end once everything has been reserved.
Once a project gets 500 or more pre-orders, the production run will be ordered and we’ll let you know by email. Adding in pre-production, production scheduling, and transport time from the factory, it can take 7-9 months from the time we hit “go” to arrive in our warehouse for shipping.
When we’re ready to ship, we’ll send you an email informing you that your card will be charged, with at least a 48 hour notice.
At the moment The Devir 500 Project for English titles is only available to customers in the U.S. If the program proves popular enough, we’ll consider extending it to other countries/territories.
Are you a retailer?
If you have a retail store and would like to participate in a project, it’s really easy. Just email us at [email protected] and we’ll let you know how to proceed. Keep in mind that retailers can only order in complete cases (usually 6 items per case).
What do you pay? *
You’ll get charged the U.S. SRP for the item, less 20%, plus any applicable sales taxes. If the item is under $20, we will have to charge for shipping as well.
At the moment we only accept payments via credit card, although we’re looking into how adding payment platforms such as PayPal.
Shipping? *
Most shipments will leave from our warehouse in Orlando, FL and will go via FedEx Ground. Delivery will take 1-7 days, depending on the distance from our warehouse.
What if I want to cancel my reservation?
If you want to cancel your reservation, all you have to do is email us at [email protected] with your reservation number, your full name as it appears on the registration, and your email address, and we’ll confirm the cancellation.
